Vineyard with deep and sandy soil, and traditional irrigation. Vineyards of more than 80 years old, which yield 12 to 14 tons per hectare.

HARVESTING

Manual harvest with boxes, during the first and second week of April.

WINEMARKING

Traditional with cool maceration in stainless steel tanks.

AGING

6 month in American and French oak barrels.

TASTING NOTES

Red-colored wine with ruby flashes. On the nose, there is a presence of spices and red berries, which is accompanied by subtle French and American oak aromas. On the mouth, it is gentle and has marked tannins, which depicts a great, well-structured wine.
