Located in 25 de Mayo – San Rafael 850 mts. Selection of a parcel characterized by deep and poor soils of sand and clay. It yields of 10.000 – 12.000 kg. per hectare. French rooted vines planted in 2003, conducted on a vsp and irrigated by drip irrigation.

WINEMARKING

Selection, destemming and pressing of the clusters. After a cold settling the juice is seeded with selected yeasts to ferment at controlled temperature of less than 16ºC in stainless steel tanks. It will stay in contact with lees for about a month and at least 30% of the wine will be aged for 3 months in 225 oak barrels. Clarified, filtered and bottled.

TASTING NOTES

It presents a young, yellow and lightly greenish, briliant color. The nose offers aromas of pineapple and green apple. The mouthfeel presents a wine of medium structure, balanced acidity, highlighting citric notes and freshness.
