50% of the grapes comes from Santa Blanca, Maipú. Mendoza. The remaining 50% comes from Finca Las Chimbas, San Martín. Mendoza.

HARVESTING

Manual harvest with boxes during the last week of March and the first week of April.

WINEMARKING

Traditional with cool maceration in stainless steel tanks.

AGING

6 month in American and French oak barrels.

TASTING NOTES

Deep purple-colored wine. Ripe fruits aromas, with vanilla and chocolate notes. In the mouth, there are berry and spice notes. As a result from its aging in wood, it has a partially roasted taste. Rounded and balanced finishing, with a good aftertaste.
