Vineyard with sandy soil and flooding irrigation. It yields 8,000 to 10,000 kg per hectare. The vineyards are 50 years old.

HARVESTING

Manual harvest with boxes during the first and second week of March.

WINEMARKING

Traditional with cool maceration in stainless steel tanks.

AGING

6 month in American and French oak barrels.

TASTING NOTES

At sight, it is marked by a deep purplish color. On the nose, red berries with wood are perceived.

In the mouth, it is gentle with rounded tannins, which results in a sweet perception. Its acidity and balance encourage to continue drinking.
