VINEYARDS

Typical pergola vine trained vineyard located in Famatina Valley, La Rioja province (1.040 mts). The soils are deep of sand and clay composition of alluvional origin.

HARVESTING

By hand in small cases of 16 Kgs.

WINEMARKING

Selection, destemming and pressing of the cluster. After a cold settling the clean juice ferments with selected yeast in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature of lees than 16ºC. Clarified and filtered prior to being bottled.

TASTING NOTES

Pale yellow color with hints of green notes. Powerful honeysuckle and other floral aromas are combined with citrus notes, typical of this unique and almost exclusive Argentine wine. The palate is clean and its excelent acidity highlits a fresh finish.
