Vineyard with deep and sandy soil, and traditional irrigation. Vineyards of more than 80 years old, which yield 12 to 14 tons per hectare.

HARVESTING

Manual harvest with boxes, during the first and second week of April.

WINEMARKING

Traditional with cool maceration in stainless steel tanks.

AGING

90 days in contact with American and French oak.

TASTING NOTES

Deep and intense red-colored blend. On the nose, blackberries, wild fruits and vanilla are perceived, along with delicate tobacco notes. Strong and structured wine, which promises a finishing with rich  astringency and a smooth aftertaste.
